Sizes & Shapes

Any size, from small crate mats to large bed pads. Besides squares and rectangles with rounded corners, we make round pads and shaped outlines such as scalloped edges, in the edge finish you prefer.

Materials & Construction

Build the pad layer by layer: a soft polyester top fabric in the texture you want (smooth, velvet or plush), a needle-punched absorbent layer, a waterproof TPU film and a polyester backing with or without anti-slip silicone dots.

Packaging & Branding

Sell under your own brand. We add sewn-in labels, logo tape on the edge or a printed logo on the pad, and pack your order in custom retail packaging such as printed mailer boxes, poly bags and insert cards.

We make your sample to the agreed spec, from fabric to finished pad, and send you photos and the physical sample. Free revisions within a reasonable scope are included.
