Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. For OEM we produce to your design and specification under your brand. For ODM you choose from our existing designs or design a new one with our team, and we adapt the size, materials, print and packaging for your market.
How long does sampling take?
1-2 weeks after the sample specification is confirmed. Each sample includes free revisions within a reasonable scope.
Can I send you my own sample?
Yes. Mail us your existing pad or any reference sample. We check the materials and construction, make a matching sample in 1-2 weeks and send it to you for approval.
Is there a sample fee?
The sample fee depends on your design and is quoted before sampling. It is waived when you place an order with us.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is flexible based on your needs. In general, the larger the order, the lower the unit price.
How long does bulk production take?
About one month after the sample is approved and the order is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support all common payment methods. Tell us which one you prefer when you place your order.
When will I get a price?
We send a formal quotation once the sample is complete, so the price matches the exact product you approved.
How is the price calculated?
Price depends on the specification: size, materials and weight, number of layers, print, finishing, packaging and order quantity. In general, the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price.
Do you handle materials and shipping?
Yes. We source the raw materials, manage production and arrange transport to your destination port.
Which ports can you ship to?
We can ship to any destination port. Tell us your port when you request a quote.
Can you provide test reports?
Yes. SGS and STS are independent testing labs. Based on your requirements, we arrange testing through SGS or STS and share the full report with you. Common options include:
- Performance: absorbency, absorption speed, shrinkage after washing, wash durability, waterproof backing and colorfastness.
- Chemical safety: REACH (EU), Prop 65 (California), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 limits, formaldehyde and azo dyes.
- Market documents: support with US FDA registration for incontinence pads, and MSDS for shipping.

Will you keep my designs and information confidential?
Yes. Your designs, artwork, logo, specifications and customer details are used only for your orders. We never show your products to other buyers or share your information with third parties. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send us your designs.
